We ship via Federal Express or USPS from our warehouse in northern California.

Shipping Costs:

The cost of shipping is calculated upon checkout. Shipping costs are based upon the weight and box dimensions and the the shipping method selected for each order. A shipping calculator is available for your reference during the checkout process.

Calculating Delivery Dates:

Estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. We usually ship in-stock items within 24 hours.

You can calculate the delivery estimate by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our warehouse to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen.



For example, if you select Ground shipping (which typically takes 3-7 business days), you can use the chart above to determine that your order should arrive 4-8 business days after you place it.

Delivery transit time does NOT include the day of shipping, weekends or holidays!

Saturday delivery is available in selected areas but is not available in all delivery areas. Please contact us at (707) 836-8938 or (800) 604-6020 regarding Saturday delivery rates and availability.

There are NO Sunday deliveries!

Please enter your shipping address carefully! There is a $15 re-routing fee charged to us by all carriers if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Lolita Wine Glasses.com reserves the right to pass this fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case.

International Shipments:

We currently ship within the United States only.

PO Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes:

We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Delivery is not available for Sunday or on US Holidays.
  • Delivery may be delayed during the high volume Christmas season.
  • Delivery may be delayed during certain times of the year due to inclement weather conditions around the delivery location or in the Federal Express hub cities.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax is automatically calculated for orders shipped to California destinations. Local sales tax rates will apply.
