We offer a 30 Day Return Policy
You may return a product within 30 days of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price.
- To initiate a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (800) 604-6020 with your order number to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, less any discounts taken, unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the product is defective/damaged or the incorrect item was sent.
- Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by our warehouse.
- If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, email email@example.com or call us at (800) 604-6020 with your order number to initiate the return. In these cases, you will be compensated for shipping.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
- Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (800) 604-6220 with your order number to initiate a return.
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If the product is damaged/defective, we will send return labels and you will not be responsible for the shipping costs. If there is nothing wrong with the product, we will issue a Return Authorization Number, which must be marked on the return shipping box and you would be responsible for shipping.
- Returns received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused by the warehouse.
- If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please email email@example.com or call us at (800) 604-6220 with your order number immediately.
- Any damage must be reported within 10 days. We cannot file a claim with shipping companies after that time.
- Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
