Returns Policy

We offer a 30 Day Return Policy

You may return a product within 30 days of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price.

Returning Merchandise

  • To initiate a return, please click on the Returns Center link to begin the process. You may also email cs@topnotchshops.com or call us at (800) 604-6020 with your order number to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  • Return Authorization Numbers expire 15 days after issue.
  • You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
  • The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, less any discounts taken, unless otherwise noted.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the product is defective/damaged or the incorrect item was sent.
  • Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by our warehouse.
  • If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, email cs@topnotchshops.com or call us at (800) 604-6020 with your order number to initiate the return. In these cases, you will be compensated for shipping.
  • Closeout items are not returnable.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Please Note:

  • Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Email cs@topnotchshops.com or call us at (800) 604-6220 with your order number to initiate a return.
  • You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If the product is damaged/defective, please report the problem within 10 days. We will send return labels and you will not be responsible for the shipping costs. If there is nothing wrong with the product, we will issue a Return Authorization Number, which must be marked on the return shipping box and you would be responsible for shipping.
  • Returns received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused by the warehouse.

 

Damaged/Defective Items

  • If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please email cs@topnotchshops.com or call us at (800) 604-6220 with your order number immediately.
  • Any damage or defective items must be reported within 10 days. We cannot file a claim with shipping companies after that time.
  • Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
